The 15th Annual All Good Festival (Jess and I have now been to 7 of them in a row) was an absolutely incredible, magical, damn good time. We got the exact same camping spot as we were in last year, which quite honestly is the only place we wanted to be. Truly VIP.

Leaving from Miami Florida, stopping in Costa Maya Mexico, Roatan Island Honduras, Cozumel Mexico, St. Maarten, St. Thomas USVI, and Nassau Bahamas. Another year, another All Good Music Festival and camp out. This was year number 6 in a row for us, and it might have been the best yet. As they all do, this one came and went way too quickly, but at least here’s a few pictures to reminisce about.

So we went to Los Angeles for Jessica and Alex’s wedding, and decided to stick around southern California for a while. Took a Cruise from Long Beach, to Catalina Island for a day, to Ensenada Mexico for a day, and one more day at sea to come back. Along the way were some beautiful shots.

After an already hot morning with the STF crew, an exciting weekend continues.
So, exactly one year before the wedding, Jess and Nate head out into the woods to check out some of the most beautiful times in Western Pennsylvania. We only had precious few daylight hours, and decided to go to 7 Springs.

Reno and Lake Tahoe – Nov 2008

My dad was going to an Engineering convention in Reno and asked if I wanted to come along. Having never been to Reno, I jumped at the chance. Him paying for my plane ticket only sweetened the deal. We had a great time for the weekend we were there.
I had signed up for a bus tour out to Lake Tahoe, that left at like 5am in time to catch the sunrise in the mountains over Tahoe, then the tour takes you all over the place on these nice mini buses, pausing at scenic viewpoints and shops along the way. Well, i got up super early, got all my gear together, and waited for the van to come pick me up at 5. 5:30am rolls around I’m still standing in the chilly november morning air. I’ve called numerous times since 5 and someone in the office finally answers the phone, telling me my tour has been cancelled. well shit.
So I take our rental car, get a map from the casino, and do the tour myself. It might not have been as informative, but it was probably 10x as fun. I found the most scenic spots, drove from snow several feet deep and falling fast, all the way down to the sandy beach.
one of the cooler things i did, was head to a spot called Geiger’s Point. I took many pictures in an attempt at capturing all 360degrees, and the result was pretty cool. It might take a minute to load, but it’s worth it. click and drag in either direction.
some very cool panoramas in there too
